Who gets Monday (President's Day) off?

I've been watching the news this morning, and I've gotten tired of them saying that this is a Holiday weekend....I sure don't get the day off and wondering who does? (besides the obvious gov't employees)

I get Monday off for Washington's Birthday (observed) as the holiday is designated by the Federal Government.

Automotive industry, I'm working monday. However, we get March 21st off for Good Friday...

My employer observes the holiday, but I'm always off on Monday.
