aCTUALLY I know a guy at school named chris who probably looks exaclty like you, maybe a little taller. He looks like Abraham Lincoln on crack.

i'm roughly 5' 11'' and right at 180lbs. perfect size, no fat on me and my legs/arms have tone and definition. (i work out 4 days a week)

I'm at 5'10", 168lbs. Before I left on my trips for work I did weigh around 177 - I lost some fat but mostly muscle, about to embark on a new training program to try to build myself back up.

You posted this same thing in the other thread and I'm still wondering why @ 96Lbs you would want to LOOSE 6Lbs. 😕

90 is easier to remember than 96, so. Sometimes wind does blow me away...

I'm 6'2" at about 180lbs. I'd love to have about 20 pounds of muscle added, but I guess you actually have to workout for that to happen. I'm build well skeletally (wide shoulders, etc.), but I just don't have enough weight to go around. 😀
