Hey, I seared 2 steaks earlier tonight. Shitty cuts though. have no idea what they were, some Safeway-contrived cut that doesn't exist anywhere else. You know...13 bucks for 5 pounds of steak sorta thing... 😀

It doesn't work that way. I'm only like, 7 or so minutes behind normal time. The only other difference from the "real world" is that there is a constant 26% chance of rain in the 4th dimension. Kinda creepy, but at least we don't have Tom Cruise.

Pan sear, oven style, man. always cooked to perfection, easy to time, glorious meat (even these cock-hole steaks I bought tasted pretty decent with a little oil and kosher salt)

I'll never grill another steak....
