It's woke up at 7:30 not because i was ready to go but because I had to go. You do what your body tells you. A quick check of atot and i think it's back to bed.

I'm still awake. I just got some Jack in the Box. What else do you suppose I should do?

I'm thinking of playing video games now.

Yep, rip-roarin, ready to go...........to bed. I stayed up on purpose, since I change shifs today, and will work until 11 or 12 tonight.

I got out of bed at 6:55am, local time.
Did the dishes, a load of laundry,

It's 5:35AM here. I'm heading out in a few minutes to do a bike ride from Irvine to Carlsbad and then home. I'm guessing it will be about 60 miles.

It's 5:49 a.m. here. I can't even sleep in on a weekend Damn internal alarm clocks. I have a busy day planned. Need to go to work to tighten up rear shock mounts, get a bolt for my power steering tensioner, vacuum my car out, get some roses, Martenellis, bring it to our date restaurant, then for the date.

Also need to go to Home Depot, maybe Bed Bath and Beyond, but don't know if we'll have enough time

i woke up at 1030, i have aikido class at 12 and soccer at 145

i woke up at 1pm. Ate a couple slices of cold pizza, checked email on my desktop, now I'm back in bed on the laptop. I can either ride the bike for 16 miles (with rolling hills, some steep), or watch samurai champloo in bed. kind of rainy outside so that discouraged me from being active today.
