Don't let the prosecutor push you around.
Their first deal will not be a deal at all... tell them you want a trial.
They will get pissed and offer you points only or a lower fine.

You can take your chances with the judge, or take their deal.

In my experience, the judge lowers the fine, at the minimum.
 
Just show him a picture of your POS car (Saturn maybe?) and he will instantly see that it is not capable of going over the speed limit.

I say show him one of his other threads here, maybe the judge will have sympathy for this pathetic loser and drop the ticket.
 
I had to go to the Waikiki Police sub-station yesterday to have a TRO served...it was an eye opener. Police station right on the beach...tons of tourists, tons of local scam artists and low lifers...great mix...
