Who else hates to RMA stuff?

I do.

Except Plextor cd drives. Mine broke and it was still under their On-Site Collect & Return warranty, so I filled the RMA request form and made a phone call and a guy came to pick up the drive, 2 days later I had a new working one in my hands. Easy and fast.

I'm about to RMA a 45 gig maxtor hard drive. Does anybody know a good way to pack a Maxtor if you don't have the original box? I did not get the advance RMA which I should have done so I could use their packaging to send the drive back to them. I know that Maxtor is really picky about what you pack the drives in.
