I've been considering getting Eye of Judgement for my PS3 for 2 or 3 weeks now, and just have never pulled the trigger on the $70 purchase. I wasn't sure if I'd play it all that much, so I never could talk myself into it.
Last week, my local Hastings had it marked down to $60, which really got me thinking about it. The next day, I decided to get it at that price, and when I went back to get it, their only copy in the case had been sold. Then comes along the printable Best Buy coupon earlier this week that gave $10 of a video game. The coupon expired today, so I went to Best Buy, and instead of talking myself into getting EoJ for that $60 price point, I decided to go with CoD4 on the 360 for $50.
Lo-and-behold, I get an email from Sony this evening with a $10 discount code to buy 5 select PS3 games, one of which is EoJ. I figured I'd see how much it was, since Amazon sometimes marks down games a couple of dollars. To my surprise, Amazon had this game for $54.95, $15 off MSRP!! So I applied my extra $10, and purchased EoJ for $47 after taxes and free shipping. Glad I waited
. I probably would've bought the camera by itself for $40 at some point, so I'll go ahead and buy the game with cards for an extra $7 right now.
I expect to have the game by the end of next week, so I wanted to see who has this game and might want to play online at some point. I don't envision myself playing against the computer too often.
