tall glass of milk (still) and eggs or a waffle or pancakes or cereal depending on how much time I have. Bare in mind this is at home, at school on the other hand I'd be lucky if I eat 2 meals.

Usually I try to eat a pink taco in the morning, however it's an expensive meal and as such I rarely get to enjoy it all the time.

Bowl of cereals, some choc chip brioche and a glass of juice, because I have breakfast about 7:30~8 and I don't eat again until 3:30, so I need something to keep me going.

I didn't start eating breakfast regularly till recently...and after a week and a half of doing so...I tried skipping it.

Worst idea ever. I was starving from the minute I got to work until 11:30 when I took a break for lunch. Couldn't concentrate or anything.

Breakfast in the morning is a basic requirement and makes the first half of the work day that much easier to get through.

I usually eat something right after I run in the mornins. Typically some yogurt and fruit or a protein bar. Why? Because you're always supposed to eat after you work out if you want to keep your metabolism high. That, and I would be too hungry by lunch time if I didn't eat something.

cereal or hardboiled eggs or something else healthy and containing protein.

Why? So my metabolism stays high throughout the day and I do not deprive my muscles of calories and proteins so my efforts at the gym are a complete waste.
