who eats breakfast....

Bagel, lox, and cream cheese is my favorite breakfast...

Usually I just have a smoothie or some eggs and toast though...

I skip breakfast altogether quite often though
 
I always get at least 200 calories and some fiber. I do it because my system is empty and by firing up the furnace I provide nutrients for my muscles.

Serious body builders get up early in the a.m. and ingest 500 calories or so in order to keep their bodies from canabalizing it's own muscle.

 
I eat something in the morning, usually canned fruit, ramen noodles, or a pot pie. If I skip it, I get extremely hungry at work and can't accomplish any work until after lunch.
 
Cereal, Eggs, or Bagels.....because if you don't eat breakfast you'll overeat later on in the day...and because I'm hungry... ;-)
