Medical marijuana is legal in CA. You'll only have a problem if you've been arrested by a federal agent, at which point pot possession is the least of your concerns.

It doesn't matter how you use it. If it was prescribed by a doctor for medical purposes, no matter how dubious, it's legal (edit: I did say use, and not sell; selling is illegal I believe)

By your logic it's illegal for me to take any controlled substance that has been prescribed to me. Do you not realize how stupid that makes you sound?

not once in any post did i say using marijuana for prescribed medical purposes was illegal. i'm talking about these dolts who keep saying they are using it for medical purposes when it's quite clear that they aren't.

You seem really upset by this whole thread. Why don't you tell us how you really feel about the over all issue. Not about the forum rules/thread but about marijuana. You're taking an aggressive stance on one (minor) aspect of the thread. It makes me think you harbor some of the same thoughts as sao123 but don't want to express them to avoid the same thrashing he has received.

Yep, as long as their children are old enough. I've smoked with my aunt and uncle before. My aunt filled me in on so many things I didn't know about my family history and funny stories. It was great!

Yep, as long as their children are old enough. I've smoked with my aunt and uncle before. My aunt filled me in on so many things I didn't know about my family history and funny stories. It was great!

Ive smoked with my uncle... did i mention steak and wine after smoking allows for you to get a complete idea of true taste.

While weed use has resulted in countless lost jobs, college drop-outs, and ridiculous munchies expenditures, the number of deaths is limited to the vary rare DUI car accident.

Alcohol is quite safe in small quantities. However, too much at once will kill you, and too much over an extended period will rot your liver.

Range? I'd pay 20-25 for 3.5 grams(1/8) for mids, and anywhere from 45-55 for the good shiz. That's enough to make you happy for a good amount of time. You never want any on you when questioned by the authorities, because it IS a schedule I narcotic. You'll get possession and at least a probation period where you test frequently plus some fines. It scales with each offense and in severity, more is bad, if you have it split between several bags they CAN get you for distribution, which is a much higher offense than just possession.

It's a slippery slope, man.
