I don't personally smoke weed anymore. I did when I was younger but got in some trouble and learned my lesson. I think that weed is a lot less dangerous than alcohol, which everyone sees as part of every day life.

If you want to get high, fine. If you want to get drunk, fine. Just don't put other people's lives in danger doing it.

Used to ......... best ever had was some Hawaiian, but that was back in the late '70's. Then there was Europe and its hash....now that was tres interesting!

Haven't in over a decade at least.........and at my advanced age of 55, I honestly don't know where I'd even find it any more.....shame really. Kinda miss it in many ways......listening to Pink Floyd, Firesign Theater.........killer!

Salvia is way too harsh for way too short of a trip. Consider the fact that I've tried it 3 times now, burning my poor lungs each time, without a proper breakthrough and I'm done with it. Never again. Salvia is just not fun. Even the people who HAVE broken through usually don't have good things to say about what they experienced.

The most I've gotten from a huge rip of salvia was the slightest sensation that gravity was pulling me towards the left, instead of straight down towards the center of the earth.. that lasted less than 30 seconds.

What a waste. Legal drugs are legal because they suck. 😛

I'm never going to know how I feel about Salvia. Something about me likes it, but yes, there is something quite dark about it. Mainly all my experiences have been around people NOT doing it, and I always have in my mind I need to be cool around them. That, or a pressing time matter.

My main desire is to get an enjoyable experience out of it, and that's why I think I still kind of like the plant.

But, most people don't do it right. A lot of the websites/groups that talk about good breakthroughs are all about treating the plant with respect, doing it in a very controlled and comfortable environment, and even doing like prep work or something strange.
It's supposed to be very shamanistic, and well, I think outside of treating it like so, the majority of people do not and it just won't lend itself to being an enjoyable plant.

Although my one buddy who basically just screws around with it has had fun with it. I think the main thing is everyone around you is taking part and you have quality material and do it right.

I enjoy it, but yeah, you have to be in a totally calm state with nothing turbulent going on your life. Some good ambient music helps.

After the giggles, there's nothing cooler than Winamp visualizations. For me, the colors are super vibrant, and it looks real sharp and crisp.

But it's not for everyone. I have mostly good trips, but one of my friends has bad ones 90% of the time.

Did I mention that it's legal? 😀
