Who doesn't like a BLT?

I love BLT's made with peameal bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese all on a cheese & onion bun. Sometimes I use mayo and sometimes I use mustard.

try it before you dis it.

I like a nice strong mustard, but not on a BLT. My conscience will not allow it!

Its good with mayo or mustard.

I make subs at work and my friend got a BLT. I told him to try it with some mustard. He was nervous and put some on the end. He loved it and now only puts mustard on his BLTs.

I don't particularly care for bacon. Furthermore, I consider it to be a topping or at best a side dish and not worthy of being the only meat in a sandwich.

BLT is a bacon cheeseburger without the cheeseburger. I'd rather skip the bacon and just have the cheeseburger.

Oh snap, I just realized I have a lb of bacon, some tomatoes, and a head of lettuce in the fridge. Good eats for tomorrow's lunch (or perhaps breakfast? why not both? ).

Maybe I'll bake some bread, too. I have some whole wheat from store, but its not fantastically good like soft, fresh baked bread.
