i just checked my UPS tracking....and i recieved the Superman DVD Collection at home today!!!

It was interesting watching the screen tests. Christopher Reeve looked awfully skinny in his first screen test and it was weird seeing that crummy looking superman costume with big sweat stains on the arm pits. I also thought I heard stomach growling noise in another screen test with Chris and Margot Kidder on the balcony scene.

It was also interesting to see the other actress's screen tests for Lois Lane. I think Anne Archer would have made a pretty good Lois Lane...

Nicholas Cage, with his skinny frame, beady eyes, and overall unhealthy look, might makes a good bad guy or drug addict, but he's no Superman folks.

I'm glad they ditched him.

I say Jonathan Frakes(without beard) He's tall 6'4&quot; medium build.
Superman shouldn't be buff like the Rock(Duane Johnson). If he was I would have a hard time believing he was a geek or nerd. It would be funny to see the rock with a bowtie, pocket protector and taped glasses.
You know he'd do it, He wore a dress in a SNL skit, which was friggen awesome.
