who chokes harder...phil or the shark

The cleveland radio station here said he would be more surprised if Tiger Woods wins 5 more majors than if Lebron wins 6 championships. I would agree.

He then said he has a hard time saying Tiger woods is the best golfer today. He says he is a huge golf fan and Phil is his favorite.

Tiger Woods rarely chokes, if we look at his going into the final round with a tie or lead. Yes, we can say Lebron james is the clear cut best player in the NBA today. Golf is such a ridiculously difficult sport to constantly conquer, how can he make a comment that Tiger woods is not the best we have in golf today?
 
Has to be Shark, he started the Masters with a 6 shot lead and lost to Nick foldo. Golf's been pretty good to both of them though Shark's done well away from the game in resort development and other areas..

You left out maybe an unimportant key statistic. He went in with a 6 shot lead and lost by 5.

Phil is the master of #2, and I'm sure without looking at the statistics, at the hands of Tiger Woods.

And to the guy who thinks Lebron won't win 6 and Tiger won't win 5 more, lol. I'll take that bet, you will lose. The issue is guys coming up are much better than the competition Jack had to deal with when he got old. Jack got on a roll in his 40s/50s. Phil almost won and he's 43, Tiger is 37.

Jack won his last major (Masters) at 46. I'm not sure about Tiger, there's a lot of good young talent coming along as you stated but Jack had stiff competition as well, Lee Trevino, Palmer, Floyd, Player to name a few, those guys wanted to kick Jacks ass as badly as today's youngsters want to kick Tigers..
 
Nicklaus finished 2nd in majors an astounding 19 times. Obviously not calling him a choker, just an amazing statistic.

define choking..if at winged foot yes..how many strokes was his lead on sunday in this tournie?? You make it seem like he was ahead by 5 on the back 9
