Who can guess which Country I am from?

Well, I can honestly say that we will not get the answers with the clues given. I have gone through my atlas (not the windows time settings) and looked at all of the countries that are GMT +4, and none of them are official English. You can also check at greenwichmeantime.com to see that the countries I have listed are the only ones on the GMT +4 standard.

Oh my God! You are from Mauritius? That is so cool. So you're right next to Madagascar. I would suppose Mauritius has a similar history as Madagascar, especially with diversity; so that would explain your ethnic background present there.
