Match5 bonus

Normal:
5 white balls: $200,000
odds: 1 in 3,563,608.83

With the bonus:
+$13M :Q

You get the bonus only if you match 5 balls, AND someone hits all 6 #'s

EDIT:
Although it is unlikely, it is possible that no Match 5 winner will exist for a drawing where the jackpot is won and in where a Match 5 Bonus Prize pools exists. In this case, the Match 5 Bonus prize pool will be paid out to the Match 4+1 winners. :Q

I haven't bought any yet, but the wifey will get some when she gets off work.

...and she might buy some lottery tickets on the way home.

lol... it's random, so it doesnt matter what #'s you play. theres no better chances of winning if you pick 1,2,3,4,5,6 than a random # every week.

and powerblal is 1:146M, not 1:180M

🙂

Bought 125 at lunch today. 120 from our work pool and 5 for me. Then of course I got back and 2 more people wanted in. *sigh*

And to avoid any issues with mine vs theirs.. I scan them all in ahead of time and email them out so everyone has a list of the numbers and no one can say I cheated.

i wasted a dollar at the gas station today. i never play, and i know the odds. whatever.
if i win, ill let you know.

Local gas stations in VT have become swamped. VTers are nuts for the lottery. I tried to do laundry last night, went across the street for soap, and some guy had like 30 tickets the clerk was scanning for wins. After 5 mins, I got to check out, and try to get done at a reasonable hour. This morning some putz was occupying the clerk in my station where I grab breakfast.

It's funny, all that money and it doesn't increase the chances you will win, just that somebody will win.

Question, is it illegal for the public to collaborate say, on a website on which numbers have been picked?

Edit: I may play though, just because I like to gambe and the nearest casino is 3 hours away.

When the payout is bigger than the cost times the odds, it is a decent bet to play.

So, I'll buy my first lotto ticket tonight for $1.

once you factor in the taxes and lump sum tax and chances of a split pot a lottery ticket is still not a wise financial decision

not stopping me though 🙂
