Who audits Microsoft?!?

I was looking over some questions for my Audit Accounting class and was wondering who the heck audits a big company such as Microsoft? Surely they must be well known. So I went on Google and typed in some entries, only to find information on Microsoft's internal audit team. Does anyone know which firm audits Microsoft?
 
I tried looking at the information for 08 but couldn't find anything? I'm guessing that the fiscal year ends on June 30.

Haha, Deloitte. Why am I not surprised...
