Who ate too much today?

hmm, eating and naps - that was my day too

started day with big bowl of cereal and coffee, had to just to get moving
few hours later, had big brunch: ham sandwiches, ham/egg/cheese omelet hashbrown casserole, sticky buns, and a little kielbasa, oh and washed down with beer (Yuengling Lager and SA Winter Lager). And yep, at 11am. Never too early. 🙂

Some small snacks, lots of rest, and later in the day have a large dinner: turkey, honey-baked ham, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, rolls.
cookies throughout the day, and topped off dinner with 3 slices of pumpkin pie. mmmmm

i usually eat a few hours after dinner - i'm still fine and don't need anything, though I may have more pie. 🙂
 
I made Indian butter chicken for lunch today. mmmmm
My dad was amazed how good it was, I'm pretty sure I top most of the Indian restaurants near us, not bad for a white guy.

Lasagna for dinner.

Awoke to our neighbors tree crashing through our complex - took out 3-cars, the fence, and countless bushes. No damage to us.

breakfast: leftover bowtie pasta with asparagus & prosciutto.

snacks: Chex Mix

Dinner: Ham, fresh pineapple, green bean casserole, baked sweet potatoes, scalloped potates - mmm cheezy, acorn squash, roasted brussel sprouts with bacon & onion, dinner rolls.

Dessert: mixed fruit pie

 
I am seriously full.

Turkey, sticky rice with mixed veggies, chocolate muffins and lots of soda.

i'm munching on a huge bag of homeade chex mix right now :laugh:
 
ate more yesterday than today

yesterday i had calamari, popcorn shrimp, escargot, crab cheese dip, and a blackened drum with crab sauce at mccormick and shmick's, follow by lobster thermidor at home

today i had rib roast
 
Woke up at 12pm so no breakfast.

Lunch: Dim sum.

Dinner: Prime rib, pork loin with stuffing, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, rice, and apple cider. (Oh, I lathered it all with gravy except for the cider, haha)

About two and a half hours after I ate dinner, I ate a small plate of the scalloped potatoes and a piece of ham which I didn't have earlier at dinner.

Yummy!
 
You guys are lucky, my stomach is giving me nothing but problems since last week. Can't even hold anything meaningful. Stomach virus and a cold (at least the cold passed).
 
WHO ATE TOO LITTLE? I probably ate maybe one meal over the past 24 hours. 🙁 Not good if you are already on the uber low end of the weight scale... I'm under 120 now for sure. I was barely 120 just a few days ago and my appetite is going down the drain!

Although, we do always have shitty meals... It's never like we have good stuff to eat.
 
Shit... I probably ingested over 2000 calories though. At least 1600 from one thing.. (Pepperidge Farms Pirouette rolled wafers, fucking delicious!) I ate almost the whole thing except for three wafers. I was just putting these things down like nothing. Right, probably going to be super fat. 😛 Yay!

On a serious note: I ingested well over 150g of sugar! D:
 
I ate too much at a Christmas breakfast, but I started the day with a 6mi run and have another 10mi run scheduled saturday morning, so I'm excused.
