I have two people of interest in which I will be watching closely. Not a fan of either team but both are running backs.

Adrian Peterson - Minnesota Vikings

Darren McFadden - Oakland Raiders

I think Adrian Peterson is going to have a phenomenal year. 1,800+ yards. Darren McFadden will also have an exceptional year with 1,400+ yards as a rookie.

Who do you guys think will make a big splash this season?

I'll be ready to give Vince Young to someone else if he plays like crap this year :D

This year is a good year for home games for the Titans though.

Jacksonville - Garrard and Taylor
Houston- bah
Minnesota - Peterson
Indy (MNF) - Manning and crew
Green Bay - Someone not named Brett Farve. Ugh
NY Jets - Brett Farve!
Cleveland- Quinn?
Pittsburg - Big Ben.

Should be some good games to watch!

I'm hoping the Jets will put up a respectable season this year. Maybe even the playoffs. Go Jets!!!!

My good buddy from back in the day Marcus Paschal. He's starting for the Eagles this year. I used to go to elementary school with him and I'm not gunna lie, used to beat him racing at field day. He could do more pull ups though.

Can't wait to see Farve take Green Bay all the way this year!

Or the Lions going all the way!

Personally I think there is a better chance of the first one happening.

What are you talking about? The Raiders have the best offensive line in the league ;)

Except he's on the Jets now.

For me, my boy is Westbrook but I'm going to be keeping an eye on McFadden.

Let's not forget Brandon Marshall, or tony Scheffler. Lot's of talented young guys on the Broncos. Now to find a pass rush.

What do I win if he does? :p
There is no "if he does."

Right now, he's #2 on the depth chart for tailback behind Fargas. Oakland has a rookie QB who has an offensive line of Swiss cheese, so between getting sacked and being pressed into over-throwing Walker and Curry on 5-yard curl routes, defenses are going to stack the box and plug the run.

I don't think Peterson will have a sophomore slump though. With Hutchinson and McKinnie blocking on his left, I could run for 1500 yards.
