Who all got signed up for the NXE Preview Program from Major Nelson?

Anyone here get signed up for the NXE Preview Program that Major Nelson Setup Here? I was signed up within about an hour of the posting. The people that get picked are suppose to get their emails tomorrow, but I am hoping for a midnight email or something!

Wouldn't suprise me haha updates always seem to brick quite a few boxes. I already have a coffin at my house waiting for it to brick so I can send it off quicker.

From what I read, the signup was closed within hours of it's posting. I didn't even know about it until I listened to the Major Nelson podcast yesterday at work, and even then, I was already 2+ days late. I think the signup was closed even before they posted the podcast.

Not that big of a deal, though, it's only 3 weeks away now.

Yeah, I'm really ticked I missed out on this. This came up after I left town for a camping trip with no access to the intertubes. If anyone gets in, please let everyone know. There have already been some good impressions from places like MTV Multiplayer.

Ya, the guys on the latest 1up Yours podcast seemed to love their time with it so far. I'm definitely looking forward to it even with my initial disappointment in Primetime being delayed.

A couple gaming websites are saying that you won't be able to download NXE until somtime next week.

I imagine it will be like any other downloadable 360 promotion. They'll send you a key, you enter the key into your 360 in the Live Marketplace, download and install.

Within the next few hours, we?ll be sending out the notification email for those accepted in to the New Xbox Experience Preview Program. The email will be coming from MsftConn@micrsoft.com and the common name for the account is Microsoft Connect. Only those who have been accepted into the program will be receiving an email. Everyone who was chosen will get the New Xbox Experience update later this week. It will be pretty obvious when you?re prompted to receive it?trust me. If you got chosen, congratulations. If you did not get in ?don?t worry, November 19th is almost here.

don't they ask you to use yoru windows login id or even provide gamertag? I got half way through and said screw it I don't pay for live they won't pick me. Plus I can wait 19 days. But it wouldn't be too hard create a list of gamertags that once they sign on the update is pushed to them.

I have a feeling it will be an update just like the rest for the xbox 360. I highly doubt it would be a code. It is most likely going to be locked to your console ID and when you turn your box on in a few days it will force you to update. But thats just what I think.

I think it'll be much like previous dashboard updates in that you'll be prompted for a download once you log in to xbox live. Remember that you give your console ID when you registered for this so those who are selected will get the download prompt.

No, I don't remember because I didn't get to register because I was out of town.
