i prefer glenn beck. say what you want about his views, at least you know he means what he says.
I could say the same about terrorists.

I have said the same thing about terrorists. They have proven that they are willing to die for what they believe (that the US and Israel need to be destroyed). It's too bad that more people in this country don't take that threat seriously.

With that said, it's hard to equate Glenn Beck to terrorists. Last time I checked, he wasn't encouraging anyone to fly planes into buildings or strap on some C4 and blow up a mall.

In terms of politics. Bill O'Reilly is kinda like the local professional football team. People that listen to him agree with how great his football team is. Otehrs don't care. And even others think anyone caring that much about hte local football team has problems.

Sadly, this is not a sport that matters nothing but relates to those that run the largest corporation in the USA, the US gov't. Sad, quite sad.

Is there anyone in the MSM that isn't too far left for you? 😛

do not speak ill of papa bear.

actually, i like bill most of the time. when he's truly passionate about something or when he goes into a light segment, i think he's good. when it's obvious that he's faking anger, he's quite annoying.

i prefer glenn beck. say what you want about his views, at least you know he means what he says.

Yes, it's not like glenn beck has faked crying or anything (he's really bad at it)

So what you're saying is you're so far to the right you make david duke look like ralph nader.

actually, david duke is really pretty far to the left. penn jillette would be an example of extreme right. that guy is so libertarian that even i'm to his left.

Some people must have lots of free time to try to distort what other people say. 😕

Libertarian doesn't really have much to do with right/left wing, AFAIK. There's left wing and right wing, and authoritarian and libertarian.

I think it's funny that Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly are really just putting on a show and suckers are gobbling it up as if they really mean what they say. It's a performance, dumbasses. They don't believe what they say. They're lauging at you schmucks all the way to the bank.

i hate that guy, he's such a douchenozzle, in his stupid show he'll have a guest on, and quote the most off the wall, out of context crap that they have said and try to turn it around and prove it wrong when they're just like wtf? And he can't stand to be wrong about ANYTHING, he has the most closed mind i've ever seen, and those stupid mugs he makes... something about that guy just pisses me off...

Did anyone see Glenn Beck on his show last night? he tried to call him on that crap when he was doing it to him, and i could just tell O'reilly was getting mad about it.. he would talk over Beck everytime beck had a worthwhile thing to say in defense to O'reilly's crapfest.

I watch O'Reilly on almost a daily basis. Sometimes watch Beck if I'm home. Don't really watch Hannity anymore.

The fighting between Beck & O'Reilly? It was nothing, they just joke around back & forth. Don't read into it any more than that.

You are going into the show with a very negative opinion of him to begin with, so it's not surprising you don't like him after watching a show. He has a big ego. That's who he is. At least he invites guests on with opposing views, unlike his counterpart at MSNBC.

i shook my magic 8 ball. it told me to do it.

for a bit of education here, right and left does not refer to republican, democrat, or any other political party. i'm sure we can agree on that.

what's typically defined as the "left" side of the spectrum is progressivism, socialism, fascism, etc. anyone that feels that they should decide what's "best" for someone else sits on the "left" to varying degrees. this includes teddy roosevelt, woodrow wilson, FDR, and most 20th-21st century US presidents along with hitler, stalin, mussolini all to varying degrees. the different "isms" are just different ways of getting the same thing. control over others.

on the "right" side of the spectrum is liberty, freedom, even anarchy. the extreme is a total lack of government and law.

most racists fall to the left. the view on the right doesn't care who you are, what color you are, or what you do as long as you don't bother me.

I'm more left-leaning politically and I like Bill O'Reilly. He's entertaining, and he's no where NEAR as far right as he's made out to be (like in this thread).

I can't stand any political garbage like this, from anybody. I have a few friends that love the guy and his show, but I can't stand him.
