She used to have a beautiful voice. I never liked much of her later stuff, but lately she has gone into obscurity. I know about her drug arrest and how terrible in health she's looked in recent pictures, but what's going on with her lately? Recouping and staging a comeback, possibly?

I know she was producing for a while now. One movie that comes to mind which she helped produce was The Princess Diaries.

I have no regard toward Bobby Brown, and feel he really contributed to her demise. That is the worst kind of "brother". What a POS! :|

It's a cliche, but i think they start to believe their own press clipping and let success go to their heads... instead of focusing on what got them their celebrity, they start living up the lifestyle and lose track of who they are and what's important.

I recall seeing pic's of her on cnn.com a while back..and no doubt there was significant change. Very under weight and gaunt. Kind of looked like Karen Carpenter before she died.
