Whitening Strips. They are great!

Hi everyone just letting you all know the whitening strips for your teeth
are great. They do work..so if anyone of you needs to whiten your teeth
go ahead. I have been using the strips for like 1 and a half week only, two times a day
simple and easy. I can see the diff before and after.😀

i read on a dental site, its a fact that those things actually harm your teeth, the gel stuff is the best so far they say, and it works great. i would know 😉😛

Why are the Gel be less harmful than the strips? Concentration amount?

I thought both would be a bit damaging to your teeth as whitening involves removing a layer of enamel
 
wanted to try these over the counter stuff but always worried about uneven results and problems with porcelain caps.

My dentist quoted me $350 to do it professionally.


What exactly did you use? and how much did it cost? I might just try it out.


 
I would be afraid that my teeth would turn out like Ross' did on that episode of Friends....has to be one of the funniest episodes ever....loved it when the Ross' date turned on the black lite...omg was that funny!!!😀

I feel fine......my teeth did feel a bit weird in the beginning due to i was too greedy..
i used the strips three times a day on DAY 1.. which the box says only twice a day 🙂
and later on i use the strips twice a day..everything seems to be fine..
i would suggest to use them every other day..maybe even three or four times a week
and twice a day.. if you are worry that it's gona hurt your teeth

Uh, no it doesn't. The OTC ones simply bleach your teeth using peroxide to remove stains. No enamel is lost. Higher concentrations of H202 can cause the tooth aching and gum irritation (or so the guys down the hall who make this things tell me).
