Shit like this will become all too common if Obama stays in office.

Conservatives are going batshit crazy nowadays. They will only get more and more violent as the Teabaggers and extreme conservatives lose their edge.

The balance of power in this country is slowly tipping. Conservatives don't know what to do anymore. The real savagery is yet to come, and it won't come from the Black man - it's going to come from desperate conservative Whites, grasping to keep their racist ideals alive.

I don't believe for a second that another Civil War is impossible. Stuff like this is just the beginning.

I know what side I'll be on, and I bet many so called Liberals will be switching teams when push come to shove.

and take away the privileges, like cable tv, internet access, phone calls, mail, etc. just food, water, and a toilet.

I can think of several minors that have received a life sentence in MS courts. Spending the rest of your life in Parchman State Pen would be as bad or worse than the death penalty.

Parchman is a 18,000 acre prison farm with about 30 prisons inside the compound. I have been inside the perimeter to inspect a roof for an insurance claim. It's a lot like a scene from Cool Hand Luke. The guards are armed with shotguns and riding on horses. The prisoners were in the cotton fields hoes in hand chopping weeds. The rows of cotton are miles long as far as you can see. Heat index was about 110. Field work is done six days a week.

sounds alike to me. 😵

Regardless, I never said he should have jumped into the fray and that is what you and one other suggested.
 
i wonder how many years it will be before everyone is brown. racism is so barbaric. the scary part is the majority of these crimes go unseen/unreported. sucks in such an out-of-sight-out-of-mind country.

At the current rate of intermarriage it will probably still take a century at the very least, probably more. I agree it's disgusting though. I'm 1/2 Chinese, 1/2 White I sort of get to see both sides.
 
What a terrible thing to do. The only thing I'm glad about is that these guys got caught and that they're 18 years old so they'll be tried as adults. A 5ft. 130lb. kid just convicted of a racially motivated murder is going to have a bulls-eye on his back once he gets to prison.
 
the outcomes you are describing does not happen in population genetics. red heads dont die out, blondes do not become extinct, white skin will not die out. interracial marriage does not cause these genes to disappear, even if they are recessive.

basically the way it works is, if your parents have blonde hair and you do not, your children can have it, because the genes pass on. the only way it doesnt happen is if you try to kill everyone with that allele via concentration camps, etc.

You are correct about hair colour. However isn't skin colour controlled by more than one gene? Usually children of mixed race couples tend to have a skin tone that is 1/2 way between the two of them. A very dark woman who has a child with a white man would tend more often than not to have a child who is lighter than the woman but darker than the man. There are exceptions of course (I am one of them I'm 1/2 Chinese but look almost 100% white) but it's not a black or white characteristic the way most recessive traits are.

skin color is related to having more than one gene, but the amount of gene mix in a population does not change, even if it is more complicated than one gene. selection, by skin cancer may change this in time, however, if they cause more fair skinned individuals to die before they can reproduce. but the number of whites decreasing over time due to mixed breeding in a population is not correct. it would be similar to saying we will eventually only have one blood type because the different blood types are interbreeding, somehow causing the recessive to disappear.
