I haven't followed baseball at all this year...I'm pretty surprised that the White Sox are doing well. I like the Cubs better, though. 😛

Oh yeah baby. I'm out and having a coke and a smile.

To each his own I guess.

FWIW, Baseball is considered a joke in most other parts of the world, aside of course, from the self-absorbed American culture.

Ever heard of Japan? Look. If you're gonna start flaming on baseball, at least start your own thread. I came into this thread hoping to see what some baseball fans thought. Not your crap.

What channel?

Well in NYC it's the YES network. And as a Mariner fan, I'm absolutly frightened by the thought of playing the White Sox in the first round.

The White Sox are still going to win the World Series this year. I have a feeling.

The finally climbed into first place all by themselves. Go Sox!

dood its all on the divison
the centrals in the al and nl suck

only the east and the west are good

The Sox sucked for the first half of the year but they have turned it around. The pitching is there, the hitting is there. Who cares if the division is weak. It will be great to actually be in a race for the playoffs this year.

🙂

I can dream, can't I. They have the best record since the all star break and finally seem to be playing real decent ball. Could this finally be the year?

BS 😛

At the time I posted that, yes they did. I don't know if they still do but they are one of the best teams since the break.

The chances of White Sox winning the World Series has much of a chance as Tigers putting together a 10 game winning streak.
