Sweet. Grats sox.
Although everyone has to admit, that was some pretty poor baseball those last few innings.

Uribe really botched that and caused me even more stress. :|

Astacio looks like some primate that escaped from the zoo. Deep down, I had a feeling that it was going to be him who was going to blow it for the Stros.

Why, because you don't like his appearance?

Nope. I don't think he has ever pitched in a World Series (and I believe he wasn't even part of the playoff roster during the divisional and conference series). Plus, being an inexperienced starting pitcher pitching in a big game as a relief pitcher, Astacio was pitching under a lot of pressure. His season numbers weren't exactly staggering either.

Sox are only up 2-0. The Stros just need one run to make this series 2-1.

It's a little early to start printing the t-shirts.

Now they're up 3-0. Tonight is Game 4 aka the final game in the series 😛.

wow...I honestly didn't know the World Series was over...

its not, it will be tonight though 😛

I almost want the sox to lose just so they can play at home. Bring back the old riots like in the Michael Jordan/Bulls' 3peat days. 😛

I could care less about professional or college sports. Why should I give a flying fvck about people that I don't know or care about playing sports?
I knew this one was coming. Thank you. Now go back to WoW and stop bothering the people in this thread.

DOWN WITH THE DIRTY FVCKING ASTROS! We all know the Mighty Cardinals were the best team, we just had an unlucky string of games.

...

Like last year.

...

AHHHHH! It's hard to be a Cards fan.

Try being a 'Stros fan. We have never been in a WS, and after this we have to root for the Texans.

Nope, if I have learnt anything being a lifelong Astros fan it is that the Astros may not win, but they will stretch it out as long as possible. I'm betting on a 7 game series.
So in conclusion, I miss the stripped orange uniforms.

if you live in chicago, then you would definitely care about the white sox, or even the cubs.

but i only moved to chicago recently (3 years ago), so im not that into chi-towns' teams as yet.

Chicago and White Sox for life for me.

did anyone care that the diamondbacks won a couple years back? (well, probably, since they beat the yankees)

I stopped caring about baseball when they went on strike in the 90s. I liked the White Sox back then though. I drew their logo on a little school ID card we had.
