I watched that video the other day.
If you look far off into the distance (just past the fence to the right), you will see a dog trying to have sex with a dead cat.

That was the whole point of the video. Its part of an ad campaign for axe body spray.

the actor who played the cop was weird. All he does is just show up and explain to the guy the law.
He didn't hit him or taze him or arrest him. Didn't even slap him with a disorderly conduct charge.
Thats where they screwed up. In real life he would have gotten arrested for disorderly conduct and interfering with an investigation.
Or something...
I don't know. I only know of cop interactions through TV, youtube and liveleak.
