Vikaden,

Judging from your sig, you also think SNL is still funny.

That alone proves you have no sense of humor.

uncouth,

You might want to look up the definition of 'condoned' Then you might realize that planning to kill someone is 'attempted murder' regardless of whether you get to physically attempt it or not. Even if it's your neighbor.

C'mon Balt, who doesn't love "Celebrity Jeopardy"

"I'll take The Rapists for 100, Alex." 🙂

Yahoo

Some people think the idea of assassination is humorous and funny, I don't.
Perhaps some of you who do can explain why you think the idea of someone shooting another person, no matter who he is, is a joke and something to laugh about. Don't forget to add the humor of making his wife a widow and leaving his kids fatherless. Oh, and add a few lines about how funny it is for his parents to have to bury their son. That should be worth a few belly laughs shouldn't it.

<< Perhaps some of you who do can explain why you think the idea of someone shooting another person, no matter who he is, is a joke and something to laugh about. >>

You're telling me you've NEVER made a brief comment about someone being killed? Osama Bin Laden, Sadddam Hussein, <insert name of famous person you dislike here>. Please, you're not fooling anybody.

oh.. i forgot i'm a completely heartless and uncaring sob, i wouldn't have thought of those things if you had not pointed them out to me. Oh thankyou e-tech, i now see the light * sob * * sob * Oh thank you oh wise one!

hahaha, right.. thanks for bringing up painfully obvious statements. If i were given gun in my hand, and bush-lites head in my sites, i wouldn't do it. Why? I'm a Bloody bleeding heart liberal! I hate guns, well that kind of screws things up. And to make matters worse, i care too much, i care about everything.. oh the humanity!

Does that sooth your over-sensitive mind? hahaah

Etech, i didn't think anyone could be more wooden or dense then al gore, guess i was wrong.

By the way, being so indignant about everything must keep your stress levels pretty high.. not good an old guy, let alone anyone.

That's nice Zucchini, now try and explain why you thought a joke about assassanation was funny, you can do that can't you?

Hey etech, read the Onion story posted earlier in this thread. Even the most serious subjects can be made fun of.

Was this guy even remotely some kind of an assassin? I don't think so...

Anyway, just heard on the radio the shooter is in critical condition (knee injury), I wonder how that could result in critical? (Never does on TV anyway 😛)

e-tech,

well to answer your question, i do find pain and suffering quite enjoyable. If only it happened more often, its good stuff that should be broadcast on tv🙂 Would be much better then survivor dontchya think? Assassins are gods amoung men, they bring attrition upon those who deserve it. Any side casualities such as the suffering of family.. small price to pay. and lets not even get into torture...thats would be glutonous

Go watch some of george carlins stuff, even cancer can be funny. And you must examine the context in which things are said... it makes a big difference. Since you're old enough to remember kennedy, you should know this already..sadly

"Assassins are gods amoung men, they bring attrition upon those who deserve it. Any side casualities such as the suffering of family.. small price to pay."

you're fvcking sick if you believe that.

and you should seriously consider shutting your mouth before the SS comes knocking at your door.

Zucchini, there you go again, I know George Carlin , George Carlin and I would be friends, and Zucchini, "You'r no George Carlin".

Sarcasm isn't always funny to everyone, even to people who can usually appreciate it.

I recall once on the Howard Stern show there was this guy who had some kind of "Jeffery Dahmer" doll set, a little Jeffery doll and a refrigerator with little arms and legs etc. on the shelves. Howard Stern is pretty much at the top of the irreverent
comedian list, and he absolutely blew up at this guy and threw him off his show - go figure.

no, i'm no george carlin, thanks again for pointing out the obvious. I only used the george carlin defense😛.. there's a difference. and i doubt you'd be good friends, he wouldn't have written any of the misguided stuff you've spewed out.

DC,

etech beleives that i beleive that..

i didn't realize i was running a campaign comparing myself to george carlin. i guess i could say..there you go again..

<<Go watch some of george carlins stuff, even cancer can be funny.>>

Ask a person who has died from cancer how funny they think that is... oh wait, you can't.

And an assassination led to WWI. That wasn't very funny either, was it?

Obviously whatever etech and I say, it won't change your mind, so I'm going to stop. I would advise you to do the same, Z.

guess you weren't listening, GEORGE CARLIN DID make jokes on cancer.. morbid yes.. some what funny, yes. He points out the absurdity of the human condition. It is possible, and i've lost family members to cancer so calling me insensitive is pointless.
