They should sharpen the spikes and put poison on the edge. An electric fence with 50,000volts might work better. I also like how the zoo has like a 20 foot pit inside the fence.

For what it's worth, the White House fence already had spikes. These are simply spikier and less decorative spikes.

They should run a high voltage cable across the top but "forget" to put up the warning signs. Maybe I'm a little sadistic but the thought of watching idiots getting juiced up would be pretty damn entertaining to me.
