It's perfectly acceptable to discriminate against white people. Yet if it were the other way around you'd have riots.

Realistically though, we need to get rid of these overly PC laws. There are times when you really need a person that fits the bill. Why should a white guy be able to lead a black advocacy group? Imagine if a white actor complained that he couldn't play MLK in a movie, or if a black guy wanted to play Abe Lincoln. It wouldn't make any sense. Also, remember when that guy sued Hooters because he wanted to be a Hooters girl? Just ridiculous.
