white bread or wheat bread?

I've got to put a plug in for the wife (the master baker) and say how much I like offerings from Panera Bread. 🙂

The actual difference between white and wheat is...bleached or unbleached flour.
Unbleached flour is better for you because it is whole wheat germ (containing more fiber) than bleached flours...
