white bread or wheat bread?

I've got to put a plug in for the wife (the master baker) and say how much I like offerings from Panera Bread.

The actual difference between white and wheat is...bleached or unbleached flour.
Unbleached flour is better for you because it is whole wheat germ (containing more fiber) than bleached flours...
