Not white, wheat or anything else...

100% WHOLE GRAIN

Other breads take the part of the grain that contains calories and nothing else. The result is a "bread" with a lack of taste and texture that won't keep you full and lacks nutrients. You're body absorbs white bread much like sugar -- absorbing all the calories and leaving you feeling empty. It's quickly converted into body fat.

On the other hand, WHOLE GRAIN bread (not whole wheat or other bullshit) contains antioxidants and natural high potency nutrients that slow the aging process. It is aborbed by your body slowly, leaving you full and thin.

100% whole grain, whatever that grain may be.
Not enriched, Not white, Not"wheat" which is striped of bran & germ.

We eat stone ground whole wheat, & look for least content of corn syrup, sucrose, molasses, etc. The ones with a touch of honey are good.

Wonderbread and such = ick.

French bread, italian bread, and portuguese rolls are best for sandwiches.

Whole-grain wheat toast is best for toast.

All bread is WHEAT bread. the only reason the "Wheat" bread is dark is because it has molassas or dark corn syrup.

bullsh*t, if any thing "Wheat" bread is horribly bad for you because of all the added sugar.

WTF? I'm not a martyr for wheat bread or anything, but that's just stupid.
