Alright, what's up with the recent rash of use of this decidedly military term? At least if you're going to use it, use it properly and follow it up with, ",over!" like you're supposed to.

Got that? It's WHISKEY, TANGO, FOXTROT, OVER!

Leaving the statement simply at Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot could mean that you have something more to say on the net or that your position was overrun and you're now dead. Must finish it with "OVER", over.
 
You can't use over and out, cause out means the end of the conversation and over means you're waiting for another communication.
