Mods/admins never sleep.
The windlass in which the rode is spooled out that scofflaws will hang themselves on is well oiled and thus inaudible to the ears of the unknowing troll. 😀

I don't want to derail this, so I'll direct you to the pony thread where that's been answered a few times:

Or you could just ask /b/. You're bound to find the pony thread with just a few refreshes of page 0.

E: vvv: Well, MLP:FiM really isn't a meme, so Know Your Meme's failure to explain it well is understandable. You can get to the heart of Numa Numa, Nyan Cat, or Boxxy with just a video clip of a few seconds, leaving plenty of time to talk about internet reactions, sub-memes, and whatnot. But with MLP:FiM, the main foundation of its popularity is the fact that it's 22 minutes of quality, character-driven show, and you can't get that across without at least laying out the pilot episode. The memes the brony community makes which bank on our collective knowledge of the show need that context to be understood.

You sound like a 12 year old girl defending N'Sync.

MLP:FiM Episode 1
Bear through the first 2:20. Don't Attention Deficit Disorder it.
By the 7 minute mark you should have the beginnings of an idea why the show is popular. Then you get to watch the character intros! Then you get to watch part 2!

I made it past 7 minutes and I still don't get it. All I see is a children's show with a slightly better premise than the other crap they show to kids these days.

So's Futurama and Family Guy. If you're not into this sort of thing, that's fine.

Half of the "ponies" in the pony thread aren't even ponies. A unicorn and a horny pony are not the same thing.

Could somebody please photoshop a beard on the "face" area of my avatar for me?

Please ?
