I never notice this while i sleep at night, only during an afternoon nap.

I always wake up drenched in sweat (to the point today that i could see sweat marks on my blue sheets).

Does anyone else get this?

I have the same problem dude... I would sweat like a pig during afternoon naps :| Pisses me off because I rather sweat during the night and not during the afternoon as I shower when I wake up anyways... :|

Never had that happen unless I've been sick, even then it's pretty rare. Use deodorant?

I've never thought about it, but now that you mention it, yes. Whenever I get some day sleep I'm always drenched. If I sleep on the couch (leather) I will have to wipe it down sometimes.

I figure since your body's metabolism is higher (making you hotter) during the peak of your waking hours , this could explain why you sweat more when taking day naps. You being hotter and covered in sheats might directly explain this.

I don't know for sure but this seems to make sense.

Well, at 5pm in June in LV in my westerly facing bedroom, it gets pretty hot, and I sweat a little, but ususally or without obvious cause. No.

There have been a few occasions where this has happened to me. But my face gets more sweaty rather than the rest of my body. Try sleeping in less sheets. (less covers, etc)

Yep, no matter if it's winter or summer, blankets or not, I'm drenched in sweat after I nap.

It happens with me sometimes too. But Hawaii is hot, and my AC sucks in the livingroom, so im not surprised.

Well, it could be that your blood pressure is a tad high. You might want to check it at your local doctor, see if everything checks out.

Or, it could be that you're taking a nap right after you've eaten a lot. That should do it.
