Which zalman should I get?

I've decided to get a Zalman cooler (with the main intention of making my system quieter - but being able to overclock is a bonus) for my XP Barton 2800+, but can't decide which one is best:

Zalman Flower CNPS6000-Cu

Or...

Zalman 7000ACu Copper

Opinions on these two, and which is best would be appreciated.

don't get the 6000cu. it's crap. you'll get like 50+c idling with that cpu.

Be sure to check if you can fit that Zalman 7000ACu onto your mobo and into your case too. It's huge.

I'm checked Zalman's site, and it fits my mobo as long as the PSU is out of the way (which it will be, I'm planning on getting a massive Antec file server case very soon )

I got the 7000A AlCu version, it is great, and being about $10 cheaper and weighing half as much, I think that is worth the maybre 1 to 2 degrees difference between it and the all copper one.

I just installed my Zalman 7000-ALCu and so far after an hour of Primex2 my load temps dropped from 60c down to 52c.

Abit IS7 2.4C@2.4

Yeah the Zalman is a great heatsink. With the same motherboad my 2.6C@3.2ghz gets 57*C load. With intel stock it was around 68-70.

I run a 7000A-AlCu on my barton 2500 @ 3200.. keeps it under 45 load even on hot days. And that's mounted on an NF7 with the brackets switched (copper core isn't centered on the CPU core).

I highly advise going the AlCu instead of just the Cu. The Cu weighs 773g or so compared to the 445 or so for the AlCu and the cooling potential is negligible. I could actually see my board flex sometimes while the Cu was hooked to it. That just makes me cringe.
