Which XP is the best to O/C ???

I have a Thunderbird 1.3@1.5 now,,my question is this. Which if any XP would be best to buy to have a good O/C?.I have heard the XP1600 is a good O/C'er. but I am looking for someones experiences in this to pass his experience on to me here. I would like any response even a recomendation ,TYIA

1.8 seems the best price point, you could likely get it to 2000+ levels if you has a nice heatsink/fan.

I can get 2100+ speeds outta my 1600+ if you get either an agioa or arioa stepping you will get a great overclock outta the 1600+

I would also like to know which of the XPs overclock the best as I just cracked my Tbird core 🙁

just kinda seems i can get 1500mhz outta my 1.3mhz,,,,and a 200=mhz isn't enuff of a jump for me too buy an XP yet i guess.

You will probably not get more than 200MHz from an XP chip without exotic cooling... 🙁

Well,i really don't think I will be buying into the XP line of CPU's. Seems,just not worth it . And since I do want to stay with AMD that just means be patient I suppose. Maybe I will invest in another video card to curb my buying bug for now then.OF COURSE IF SOMEONE DOES HAVE ANY INFO ON SOMETHING TO BUY LET ME KNOW,here's a thot,,,,someone tell me a program to read all my p.c. componets and see where my bottle neck would be? with what i have now,,,,that should keep me busy for awhile.tyaia

yep I was incorrect on one of the steppings. the correct steppings that are the best for overclocking are the #1)AROIA #2)AGOIA
