also the 2nd ones harddrive doesnt have NCQ, idk what that means though.

nVidia nForce 4 chipset and Creative's X-Fi Soundcards are creating a sh*tload of problems for many users. Go visit Creatives Support forum and you'll find countless post regarding
problems with this setup. Creative have no clue on how to solve it and almost blame nVidia for the problem.

yah ive heard about alot of rmas for both.

eidt: what sound card would you recommend me getting, im get 5.1 logitech speakers.
 
I would go with System 1 - the Intel mobo - mainly because I like ATI better than Nvidia.
