Which WIRELESS OPITCAL MOUSE do you recommend?

I bought the Gyration Ultra Mouse (wireless and optical) and the thing works sweet but it emits some high frequency tone that is driving me nuts. I exchanged it for another one but it does the same thing.

I really would like to stay wireless and optical but don't know which mouse I should buy...any suggestions?

Thanks.

If you game a lot, the only wireless mouse worth buying is the Logitech MX700, nothing else even compares.

I see that Best Buy has a "Special Edition" Wireless Optical Mouse Black.

Any idea what makes it so "special"?

MS Explorer mouse: uses regular batteries, batteries last months. Buttons can be reprogrammed for different uses in different programs.

Logitech Mouse: Rechargable, plugs into USB unit. Battries hold charge for a few days. More Buttons but not reprogrammable for use in different programs.

that thing's $160 at BB - are they outta their mind?! :Q i personally will stick to my $17 dell keyboard and $40 intellimouse 😛

MX700, hands down, end of story. 🙂

Even if you don't game. I'm using the MX500, but I almost got the 700. THe only difference is the wire. The 500 is by far the best mouse I've ever used (including my dual optical). And from everything I've seen and heard, the MX 700 is THE wireless optical mouse right now.
