Which wired headset to get for Iphone 4 with ipod controls?

I have the Image S2m In-Ear Headset with Mic Headphones but I'm not happy with them as they dont have controls such as answer/reject or music controls.

Can anybody suggest one? <$100 is my budget. Thanks!
