Which Windows Based Handheld (PDA) Device To Buy???

There is the Compaq 37xx/38xx, HP Jornada's, Casio Devices, and others. Which is the best. I am leaning towards the Compaq but am not sure. Can anyone help??? LMK. Apw Out.
