Netscape sucks!!

No offense, but it started sucking from version 3 where no new features got added and no bugs got fixed... Now, it's a 20+ MB download of uncontrollable junk... They don't even support the most standard shortcuts, their installer sucks, and the interface is made by a 10 year old.

Boooo!

P.S. I use IE 5.5 and 6 as well as Opera... Opera is somewhat nonstandard too, and it just feels akward. I reported 10 bugs to them and they said nothing back.

Yeah I hate the Nutscrape 20m of junk and only like 8m of that is the actual browser. I use IE 5.5.

I use IE 5.5, whichever service pack is out now. I started with Netscape many years ago, then switched to IE 2.0, then back to Netscape, but as I began browsing more and more, I switched back to IE after v4.0 came out. Ever try organizing 150 bookmarks in Netscape? Ug. I also like IE ability to turn off underlined hyperlinks, but put them back when you hold your mouse over a link, called "Hover" in preferences, I believe. It's bigger than Netscape, more bloated than most software out there, but I like what it does.

I've tried all the Mozilla milestones, too, and while it's a pretty slick-looking product, it has a ways to go until it's ready.

98% of the time, MSIE 5.0
2% of the time, Netscape 6.0

Been using IE for years as the main browser, but always had a copy of NS for testing HTML.

Installed a stripped down version of the browser only for Netscape and it hasn't crashed yet. The previous version (not sure which one I had) crashed more often than not.

I use IE and Opera. I would use Opera all the time, but there are sometimes when I have to use IE.

IE 5.01 128-bit with SP2. I'd encourage Netscape (I used to use it) but it just sucks so bad now...

Does IE 5.5 still have that problem with displaying Flash (slow scrolling)? Like try scrolling down at HardOCP with the top menu on the left on the screen...

IE 5.01 with service pack 2. It like the quick load time, as opposed to Netscape's rather lengthy start time. IE seems to crash when I have more than 20 Anandtech windows open at once...:D

IE 5.01 w/ 128-bit patch. Most stable for me of all. I think 90% of us use IE these days...
