I came close to removing it as ff8 was so slow opening some sites.
ff8
xtreme very slow 10-30 sec's most times if it did open.
3dguru very slow
most sites very slow
anandtech ,wait for page change only to find it changed in a blink of a eye , I did not see it change most times lol
-loaded ff 9.6 yesterday , now all is well with all sites so far.

yeah but anandtech is a very poorly designed website though.
 
Used to be firefox but i don't like where they're going with it and its damn slow sometimes so ive moved to chrome. Im thankful for firefox though for all the years of use and not having to use that car crash IE which only now after 9 iterations has a semi-decent UI and its still pretty lousy.
 
Switch off between chrome and firefox

Mainly use firefox now ever since they got that clear font issue fixed

I tried using Chrome. Used it nearly exclusively on my netbook.
But Chrome does not offer some of the essential add-ons I've become accustomed to in FF.

I'll still fire up Chrome occasionally when I could use 2 browsers open. Like when I'm using 2 different gmail accounts, or something of the sort.
 
I used to Mozilla Firefox.it's very simple and easy to learn.this browser provide excellent feature.
now my order of preference is:

Opera
Google Chroma
Internate Explorer
 
Windows XP Internet Explorer
OSX Safari

That is for me. I don't like wasted space on hard drive to add another browser!

Been using Firefox for years. However, I can't even play 40-45min of flash video content before it drops so many frames that it's almost unwatchable. This seems kinda ridiculous.

I wish other browsers would have the same plugins like adblock, noscript, ghostery, etc etc.
 
The only reason I still use Firefox is because of the AdBlock extension. I haven't seen ads in years. I'm currently playing around with Chrome, but ads are so stinking annoying.
