I know for many this is something that can change over time, so I thought it might be a nice time to revisit the subject.

I had been using Firefox 3 quite a bit these past few months, the Ad Blocker Plus and DownthemAll are just great. Nevertheless, I've felt like Firefox has been sluggish for me as of late, so just today I started using Safari again and was delighted how light the application felt and how fast everything loads again. I installed Glimmerblocker (Pref Pane) to block ads, just need to find a suitable download manager and i'll see how this combo works.

I am still with firefox, I am hoping for a Chrome beta to come out for OS X soon though so I can try that out. I tried it for a bit on XP and liked it.

Firefox 3, ad block, foxmarks (this is gold), GrApple Theme.

I like the speed of safari/webkit, but I just can't use it. I'm used to the firefox key combos. I'd switch to chrome on the pc if i I could get foxmarks and adblock.

safari 3 + inquisitor + safari adblock (the open source one).

ill use firefox or camino if there is a particular site that crashes in safari (*cough facebook cough* - but i fixed it the other day haha).

edit: spelling

Plain old Safari. I don't really visit sites that use obnoxious ads and I always hit the home key for Google searches. On Windows I still use Firefox + Adblock Plus, but for some reason I like Safari on Mac better.

FF3 w/add-ons like AdBlock Plus, FlashGot, Greasemonkey, Delicious Bookmarks, StumbleUpon, etc.

i'm using firefox 3 but there's a problem, the browser has a problem dealing wiht hotmail's javascript and i can't view or delete any of my emails. This was fine with ff 2.x but ff3 is having some issues. embedded videos on espn.com have some issues as well but overall, i like the multi-touch integration and speed. I just have to use safari to check my hotmail account. Not biggie since my primary email is gmail anyways and the hotmail isfor junkmail. Still waiting for ff3 update to fix these issues.

So i'm back to Firefox 3 again, I just have a hard time living without DownThemAll and some other various plugins. In the process of switching back I also tried out Camino, Opera, Shira and Flock, but nothing has the features I like as much as Firefox.

To be honest, out of ALL of them (Safari included), it felt like Camino was the fastest and cleanest, I really liked it. Camino suffers from the same problem as Safari though, no real plugin support (which is surprising, considering its owned by Mozilla)

So I'm back with Firefox (w/ Camifox theme)

Safari on my Mac. Camino as first backup, and Firefox 3 as second backup. I would use Firefox 3 as my primary, but my search box doesn't work when hitting Enter or using the mouseclick.

Firefox is my primary Windows browser.
