Which video encoding/conversion software uses all 4 cores

HI! I recently purchased an Intel quad processor, I would like to know which software/softwares I could purchase that uses all 4 cores to convert videos to various formats basicaly all of them ( avi divx xvid dvd 3gp mkv mpeg flv mp4 mov wmv vro vob.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

TIA for any replies

I know that Windows Media Encoder does.

Depending on the codec selected AviDeMux, Handbrake and Fairuse Wizard all should. (I'm 99% sure that recent x264 and XviD codecs should utilize all cores).

It's more dependent on the codec in use than the frontend.
