I have to return my Ti4400 to Newegg after discovers it has a problem with running dual monitor. I will turn it on. The 1st monitor will come on (Mag 14" Tft) and go through the boot, then, if it works right, the 2nd monitor kicks in on the DVI side (Cornea 17" Tft). When it does run, it is great. But 50% of the time it just does not run right. Tested it on a couple boards, so I decided it was the Vid card. Well, they do not carry it anymore at Newegg, so I likely (hopefully) will get them to give me credit towards another card. I just don't know which one. I am partial to Nvidia, but that could be changed, since it seems ATI has their act together now with their drivers.
Here are my choices as of now:

FIC Radeon 9700 Pro

Evga Ti 4600 8x card

I will be running the dual monitors on this. If they credit me, I should have $255. So.... what do you think? I would take other considerations, as I really wanted to stay with either Leadtek or Gainward. I DO NOT OVERCLOCK my video cards, if that matters.

What about a 9500pro it's cheaper and better than a ti-4400 or 4600. They still sell ti4400 but it's the 8x agp version. The TI-4800SE look for one of those if you want a 4400. Saw newegg just has an albatron and gainward version. After seeing a post about gainward card problems not sure if I would want one.

Get the 9700 not the pro. It's just a lower clocked version. With the hacked bios that let's you overclock. There's a good chance to get to 8700pro speeds. The oem one at newegg is $235.
