If the 6800GS is unlocked, it's the same exact card as the 6800GT.

Equal, decide based on price. Actually, I guess if you unlock a GS it's still going to be clocked faster than a GT, so I guess it would be faster. GTO^2 is a better deal at this price point though, unless you MUST have the 6000 series feature set.
