Which vertical stand is best for the PS4?

I wanted the official one, but looking today I have found they must have quit making them because gamestop and bestbuy only had knockoffs, yet they were full price. Online the real deal is listing for $50-$100 even though the price is supposed to be $20. If I can't get the real one which one is best? I noticed some have usb hubs/fans and what not.

Just the back.

The stand must have not of sold well and they aren't making it anymore, I dunno. It really shouldn't be going for $99. I guess it's just a rare item now.
 
I'm happy with the Nyko stand, it has vents on the sides for the unit to breathe ( air is intake on sides and exhausted out the back) and there are locks to sabalize the unit.
