I want to install linux on my A7V Board. I have version 6.2 Red Hat. I read somewhere that 6.2 doesn't drivers to support this board. Should I download 7.0 and install that.

I am complete linux newby. Is anybody using 6.2 with this board.
Need input!

Having used both RedHat 6.2 and 7, I would say that 7 is quite a bit better. It has more support out of the box than did 6.2

If you aren't stuck on RedHat, then Mandrake Linux 7.2 (Based on the RedHat 7.0 distro with pentium base optimizations, if you didn't know) has a bit better support if you ask me.
