Which version of Blade Runner to get on Blu-Ray?

I have 'Blade Runner: The Director's Cut' on DVD, packaging copyright date 1999. The quality of it is typical of little or no work gone into remastering, kind of like what one might expect of say a 700MB movie download.

I would like to get a better-looking version on Blu-Ray, but I'm not particularly interested in a newer cut of the film (I understand some bits have been added/altered in 'The Final Cut'). What version should I go for? I can see a few on sale.

Then you get all the cuts and can watch whatever one you want. All five versions of the film in that set, including the (I think two) directors cuts.

Hum, I can only get that on US import. Do I need to worry about Blu-ray regions? I can't remember.

I should point out the it looks like the American one (the one that poofyhairguy posted) only has the Final Cut and the theatrical release (the one with Deckard's narration that apparently is generally hated as I understand it).
